A game by Secret Lab and Friends
Description
Here's the situation. You're a tourism information robot aboard a space station orbiting Jupiter. An asteroid will hit the station in three days, destroying it and everything on it. And you're bolted to the floor.
Don't worry, though. The insurance payout will more than cover the company's costs, and in the meantime, you've got tourism duties to perform.
I Feel Fine is a new adventure game written by Ryan North (MARVEL's Unbeatable Squirrel Girl, Romeo And/Or Juliet, Destiny 2) and built by Secret Lab (Night in the Woods). It’s powered by Yarn Spinner, the dialogue system used in the BAFTA-winning Night in the Woods, the IGF-winning A Short Hike, and hundreds of large and small games across a wide range of genres.
Features
A heartfelt, comedic, and bittersweet story from Eisner-winning writer Ryan North.
A rich cast of characters to talk to. Some of them might even save your life.
Carefully choose how to spend your limited time, and pick the right people to talk to over three short days.
Platform
I Feel Fine will release on Steam and itch.io in 2023.

Open Source
In addition to being a stand-alone release, I Feel Fine will also be released as open source. This means that the source code for the game can be downloaded for free, and examined (and re-used!) by other developers. We’re doing this because I Feel Fine doubles as a demonstration game, to both show what Yarn Spinner can do, and to give game developers of any skill level the ability to learn from the techniques used in a full, shipping game.
